Privacy notice
This privacy notice applies to any party who has signed up to the Odd Gigs waiting list, at odd-gigs.com. Odd Gigs was created by Lydia Nicholas, and is currently still under development in Paphos, Cyprus. The following describes everything that happens to your details when you sign up:
- By signing up, you are consenting to the storing and use of your data (the email address provided) for the purpose of sending you updates on the development of Odd Gigs
- Your data is only stored upon clicking the link in the confirmation email we send you, as is the validity of your subscription
- We reach out to you once a month to share milestones and updates concerned with the creation of our application
- You will receive a message and invite to join the application on the launch date
- The data is kept securely on our mailing service provider’s (Brevo) database, where it is used purely for the purpose of email updates
- We do not distribute, disclose or sell any of your details under any circumstances, to any parties aside from our service provider (Brevo)
- In the case of security breaches, or other data-related hazards, outside of our scope of control, you will be informed promptly
Your rights
- If you wish to remove your information from our provider’s database at any point, you can do so by requesting its removal through support@odd-gigs.com
- Your details will be erased from said database as soon as the waiting list is no longer active, 3 months after the launch date
- Any piece of your data we hold is subject to being copied and sent, altered, or deleted upon your request via the following email address support@odd-gigs.com
- If you wish to unsubscribe from all future updates, you can do so through the link in the footer of any email we send you
- You may contact the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus if you believe your data has been incorrectly handled
